Feel free to customize your advertisement at any time. This applies to both active and inactive ads. To make adjustments, log in to your account and click on the “Edit Ad” link.

You might not have received any messages yet. It’s possible that your email inbox is reaching its capacity.

  • Take a moment to inspect your Spam folder for any misplaced emails.
  • All messages are sent to and stored in your user account, so please review your account for any inquiries.
  • If there’s an error in your email address, please get in touch with our customer support team through the contact form.
  • Don’t forget to include your advertisement number or invoice number for quick reference.

The sequence of advertisements changes daily, providing each listing with a fresh placement. This dynamic arrangement enhances the likelihood of items being sold, even if they were initially promoted some time ago.

 
  • Renewing your advert is possible. You will receive an automated email notification when your advert expires. This email contains the information required to renew your advert.

Your photos will appear pixelated when the quality (ie the resolution) of your photos are too small. Please use photos in a larger format. At least 1000×1000 pixels is recommended.

Login to your user account at Boater. Click “Remove” on the My Listings page.

Login to your user account and go to Dashboard. You will now be able to see the total number of visitors. Click on your selected Listing Title to view the visitor diagram for the last 7,15 or 30 days. Move your mouse over each date to see the number of visitors on that day.

Ensure that your advertisement is easily discoverable using the provided information. When searching for your ad, utilize keywords present in your ad’s title exclusively.

Thoroughly review your ad to confirm the accuracy of the manufacturer, type, and category information. Consider the keywords you want your ad to be associated with.

Verify that your ad is linked to Boater and check Boater for visibility. Keep in mind that there are various market competitors with very similar names, so exercise caution in distinguishing among them.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, fees once collected are non-refundable.

Terminating the display prematurely does not amount to a withdrawal from the contract, as Boater has fulfilled its commitment by publishing the advertisement on its servers.

  • The price of the ad depends on the running time.
  • In addition we offer a number of different options to choose from, therefore giving you the best opportunity to increase the visibility of your ad.
  • Additional costs or performance fees are not incurred.

If you’ve opted for email invoicing, double-check that your email address is free of typos, your inbox isn’t full, and the invoice hasn’t ended up in your Spam folder.

For postal invoice delivery, please allow a few days. If, after 7 business days, you haven’t received the invoice, verify that your delivery address is accurately written.

Accessing your invoices is convenient through your user account. Simply log in to your Boater account, click on the “invoices” link to access an overview of your invoices, and check your current payment status.

You can manage your search criteria in your account, and also delete them at any time.

All standard fields are automatically translated into all languages ​​that we offer. The only exception is the “remarks” field, which is not translated. If you have additional comments about your ad, we encourage you to display this in English.

Every category encompasses unique parameters visible exclusively within that category. Altering the category subsequently renders these parameters irrelevant to the inserted item. Given that searches primarily rely on these parameters, a clear assignment and discoverability of an advertisement by potential buyers become compromised. Additionally, each advertisement is assigned a unique identification number upon creation, facilitating the storage, linkage, and transmission of the entire data on our servers. Consequently, changing the category at a later stage is not feasible. If you’ve selected an incorrect category, kindly reach out to our support for assistance.
